Jake was really helpful and honest about everything concerning the car he even pointed some marks which I had not noticed which has to be commended, I also believe this was his first used car that he was selling as he was on the new Carsales team before. Jake was awesome and and I hope this review gets passed down to him he is a asset to your company.

I would recommend Hendy Vauxhall & Fiat Poole Used to friends and family because they were very friendly and helpful. We were left to peruse the cars as we wanted but as soon as we needed something they helped us out, answering our questions and letting us get a closer look at the vehicle we were interested in. Transaction went smoothly and the car was in great condition when we picked it up.

I would not recommend Hendy Vauxhall & Fiat Poole Used because the bonnet release was completey broken when collecting and was not noticed by staff meaning I was not able to open the bonnet.
There was also a prescription slip with full name and address from the previous owner in the glove box, so the car had been poorly cleaned.
